How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Now that the kids are doing more and more school at home we needed a microscope to do the science portion of the at home schooling. This microscope has a full size 7 inch screen to view what we are looking at. We tested all sorts of things under it hair, leaves, finger nails and hands. The angle is adjustable and the magnification is easy to change with just the turning of the knob. This machine is easy to use and understand. It can be charged so you can use it wireless also. It's a lot of fun using this with the kiddos for science projects. I can use it also when repairing my jewelry so i can see it more clearly. Overall it's well worth the money and great to have.
Because it is online class now, in order to complete the experiments of various science courses in the school, and also find it very interesting, so I bought this digital microscope. We tried coins and skins, the micro world is so interesting! If you are also interested in the micro world, it is worth buying .
I have been thinking about what kind of gift I should buy for friends’ children. Microscope makes them love science. This one is easy to assemble, has multiple language can choose, can take pictures and videos. Basically has everything you need.
I don't know how shearness or thickness talks about a microscope but the microscope itself is pretty nice. with the kids being out of school I've been doing science projects and been able to look at cells and mitochondria the slides and DNA and all sorts of interesting stuff surprisingly clear picture and I like the fact that I can use my laptop or my house computer and be able to study and view at the same time. And this day in the covid times it really is God's son for my godchildren as I like science and I'm able to teach them some crazy cool things.

Fantastic to play with. Very easy setup. I got a photo of how the metal board looks like under 1600 X, it is amazing. I have tested a few other things such as fingers or paper etc. it made me even more curious about how the micro world looks like. Overall, I think this is a great tool to cultivate scientific curiosity.
My son loves Science, and he is asking to buy a microscope for . After shopping around, we brought it for him this Christmas. We tried it out after it arrived, we are very happy with the size and the quality of the product. I think it is a great Christmas present for a 9years old compared to other video games.
Nice little microscope. It's prefect for my kids (10&8 year old), easy to setup and connect. The image is quite clear. Kids are amazed at the details of the small objects they can find around the house. They can find the way to make fun with each other, and love to discuss what they found over the microscope.
