Operation method:
1. Answer the call/hang up the call, touch the function key once.
2. To reject the call, long touch the function key for 2 seconds.
3. To replay the number, touch the function key twice.
4. Voice dial (sir) long touch the function key for 2 seconds to release.
5. Music playback, touch the function key.
6. Pause the music, touch the function key once.
7. For the previous song, tap the left earphone function key three times.
8. For the next song, tap the right earphone function key three times.
9. Language switch (default is Chinese), double-click the multi-function key twice in pairing state.
10. Turn it on, pick it up from the charging compartment and automatically turn it on/or press and hold it for more than 3 seconds to turn it on, the blue light will be on and there will be a voice prompt.
11. Turn off the phone, put it in the charging compartment or press and hold the function key of the headset for 5 seconds until the light goes out. If only one earbud is put back into the charging case, the other earbud can still be used, and the red light will give a voice prompt.
12. The earphone TWS is paired and connected, the L and R earphones are picked up from the charging compartment and the L.R self-interconnection will automatically enter the pairing state with the earphones. The red and blue lights will flash and there will be voice prompts.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
