How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The functions are pretty standard from any other scales. It has buttons for on/off, tare/data lock, and another to change the units from pounds to kilograms to ounces. Overall, I'm completely satisfied, as this is a nicely made, high quality hanging weight to have around the house for many different uses. 5/5
This scale is built really nicely. Buttons feel great and clicky, and the handle has a hard, rubbery grip. Sure, it's a little bulkier than purpose build luggage weights, but I like the fact that this takes two AAA batteries (included) as opposed to the watch batteries luggage weights tend to use. The backlit display is a nice addition as well, and it's waterproof!
Got this as I have never had a fishing scale and I wanted to test it out and put it through the paces.
This scale is great keep it in my tackle bag always get an accurate reading.
Works great, tested it with the loop attachment on a dumbbell and was spot on. Sturdy and had a gasket on the battery compartment for seal!
The handle is comfortable to hold and I like being able to zero it out if hanging a basket from it.
Like the colour and ease of operation
This is a nice scale. It’s rugged enough to get tossed around the boat which happens when you’re scrambling to get a fish weighed and release it back in the water.
I like the fact that it is waterproof and how easy it is to use. I use it for weighing fish and luggage when ever I travel.

The scale is solidly built, all metal construction. The package appears to have a place for two double A batteries but they were not included. Instructions for use are simple and clear. I use this for weighing bee hives. recommended!

This is a very good scale I love that you can change it from pounds to ounces etc.
I expected junk almost for the price. Not so. I am very happy with this scale. It is correct on the lower end and on the upper. I weighted a gallon jug of water, and a 50-lb bag of bird feed and right on both times. I bought it to weigh catfish with and it will do that very well.- the temp is even accurate. Highly recommended.
Product was well packaged Came with two Batteries and a small screwdriver and a strap for weighting large size items. I have tested the scale out it works excellent Great for the fishman !!! This is perfect to carry in my backpack it's light weight water proof I didn't have to worry about the water making it wet when I'm weighing the fish like my other one, it's accurate I know this because I weighed the fish with this and my scale and both showed me the same weight of the fish so definitely was worth buying and was affordable pretty awesome stuff for any Fisherman for sure. Recommend.
The weight is accurate and easy to figure out. The scale has a small settle time so if your fish is jumping around the scale will just accurately measure the jumps and then settle on what the weight is when the fish rests for a bit. The measurement stays so you have time to check it out if the fish jumps back in the water. Overall this is a very nice scale that would make a great gift for a fisherman.

Works good for weighing animals my husband has trapped. He is happy with it.
Works great. Tested the accuracy with another scale. Don't know which is the most accurate, but they are within a fraction of an ounce. I like that it will "lock" the weight so you can remove what your weighing and see the readout.
