How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is one of those items that you may not really think about it until right before you travel. My wife and I are packing to fly to new York and this has been a life saver, because lets be honest who on earth wants to pay an additional 50 dollars for being 2 pounds over weight. Knowing what our bag weighs before we get to the airport is important to us and this product has been fantastic letting us know how much it weighs. Easy to read LED screen. Would definitely recommend.

I'm very happy with my purchase, easy to use.
I got this when I went to study abroad in Scotland, and it helped me keep my suitcase weight down. It was off by a pound or so, but that didn't really bother me much, because I was underweight anyways. Its very lightweight and compact so its easy to travel with.
I would definitely recommend this luggage scale. Was a real savior for my last vacation. I was traveling internationally and had I a lot of stuff coming back. I weighed everything! Found it to be very accurate and easy to use. I will not travel without it in the future.

I bought this as it would be great to take with me on holiday to weigh my suitcase on the way back. I originally had a bulky non-digital one that took up a fair bit of space. I like how light and small this one is. Due to the current pandemic I have yet to take this on holiday with me. Scales and the store can be recommended.
I always had a problem with my luggage’s weight when I’m travelling and I was trying to scale it on a normal scale but that trick is quite difficult to do with a big luggage, the 30 kg one. I’m glad I found this one and my planning before a trip simplified significantly. I travel a lot so I recommend it to everyone that does that often as well!
The scale is easy to use and convenient for travelling as it is small and doesn’t take much space. I had to buy one as I’m going to use it a lot in the upcoming time and this is a good choice.
It is really good. Before I brought this, I always need to find a weighting scale and difficult to find a good place to put my large luggage on it. Now, it is much easy. Also, there is a hook, that's really really a good design. Last, it is so small that I can carry outside.

No more guess work with the old analogue version.
So far the luggage scales work well (I don't expect that to change) in a quick test before I go on holidays. I've had one in the past (from ALDI) and the design on this one is much much better. The on button is much more recessed so when you put it into hand luggage it won't turn itself on all the time so the battery won't be flat when you need it. The strap is permanent attached so you won't lose it (been there). Update: After using it on the trip it worked well and was very accurate compared to the airline luggage scales.
Very nice and functional. Now no surprises at the airport !! I recommend everyone to buy it! The digital display allows you to clearly and accurately view the exact weight of the suitcase. I recommend checking if it works by weighing already known weights (1kg flour, 1lt milk). But just as a precaution !!!!
After reading through several reviews of luggage scales, I chose this one and I'm very happy about my decision! The luggage scale works very well and simply! Have weighed the same piece of luggage several times to see if there are any differences in the weight display - the scales always showed pretty much the same result (sometimes a few grams difference). Can definitely recommend this scale!
