How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Birthday gift for the husband. He regrets when he forgets it. Uses it for work. He is in a very hot workshop. Simple to use. He uses the low setting to last longer. It keeps his face and ears cooled. I have recommended it to friends also because if Mikey likes it, it must be good! ;-)
I bought this for work. It gets hot. I work in fast food. Bagging orders and making food. I needed something to help with the heat. I work 10 hours a day. Battery last that long just on the first setting. Changes with how high you set the fan. I leave it on the first setting most of the time. Would buy again if I need to.
I work in a big box store where the temperature gets kind of warm. Tjis fan is a real lifesaver. It makes the warm temperatures bearable. It has 3 speeds but I have only used it on low. I also wear hearing aids and the fan sounds are not overwhelming on low. Battery has been lasting though a shift on one charge. I would highly recommend it.
This kept me cooler while gardening in the hot sunny south all summer. Also got one for my son that works at a golf course in the summer. I didn’t test the battery life, but my son said it stayed on for up to four hours. We give this two thumbs up.

This is a total game changer. Lots of air and comfortable to wear. The battery life is pretty decent too.
Works great. Gets super cold. Battery life is long. I can use it for hours and still holds a good charge over 8 hours. I go to my parent's house where they are always cold (major eye roll) and I'm burning up, so I break out this awesome neck a/c and put it on and I'm living in comfort at their house! :) I have long hair and my hair does not get tangled in the fans at all, trust me, others tangle my hair.

This has been a godsend in the heat waves. It's comfortable to wear, light weight, very quiet, and sends a lovely breeze your way. When it's really hot, I wear a cooling cloth on my neck, and this on top, which increases the evaporation rate. My favorite is the breeze, which takes a few second's break between blows, just like a breeze.
Bought this for walking around Disney World in July. Works really well and doesn’t fall off when walking around. Not much helps in 100+ degrees, but this definitely improved the Orlando conditions a little bit. It’s not super loud so you can still hear people talking and hold a conversation. Would buy this again in a heartbeat

Can’t beat the price at less than thirty bucks and the battery life and airflow makes most days feel cooler for sure. It can only do so much in humidity but that’s because hot humid air is terrible either way but this does help cool you down faster once you’re in AC spaces again.
I even take it to restaurants and break it out if I get a FAT HOT FLASH (HAHAHA) and I'm not even embarrassed to put it on because it looks like I'm wearing headphones (as so many ppl wear these days). Overall, this is a great product and for someone like me who is always sweaty, this is a perfect thing. A life saver. It's not noisy either. It is rechargeable too which is awesome. It's super inexpensive for what you get.
I ordered one of these with hopes it would last for a little while. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how well this thing works! My husband uses it to do yard work or just sit outside on hot days. Since he liked it so much, I ordered another one for me. We love them! They work!
I had no idea this fan would be so efficient. I have always been hot natured and now that I am older, I have power surges. Living in the south where it’s very humid, blowing your hair dry creates nothing but a sauna. This fan really helps in reducing the perspiration.
I gave this to my son who wears it at work. Although its air conditioned, he says he loves how it keeps him from getting over heated during his cleaning job in a multilevel office building.
