How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I used it for a gift and the receiver was very happy, it was very fresh and flavorful.

I was a little hesitant to buy this product based on some of the reviews. I got this as a Valentine’s gift for my husband and he loved it! I ate some of the nuts and they were fresh and really delicious! It was well packaged. They were so good I ordered my dad one for his birthday!

Bought this to store bacon in the refrigerator. The information says that you can store up to a pound of bacon in it, but I was able to store three pounds. Easy to clean and latches nicely
This is not a cheap bacon keeper. It is very solid and does the job perfectly. I am glad I spent the extra money for a US made product.
We were sick and tired of food getting lost in the back of the fridge. A few of these bins solved the problem! We keep things stored in the bins, which we can then slide out to easily see what we've got. Game changer!
When this item “locked” it was the best!!! Unfortunately it only locked/sealed for about 6 weeks🥹 when it worked properly it was great!!!! The lunch meat lasted longer and stayed fresh longer. Now it currently no longer locks/seals. I will not replace or purchase again.

If you have a lot of bacon left over out of a pack you buy or if you get fresh cut bacon from the market or a butcher then you definitely need this in your life. Not only is it east to use, aesthetically pleasing but you don’t have to worry about cross contamination with the handy tongs & keeps your bacon fresher for longer.

I ordered this for an outdoor event to keep tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cheese chilled for hamburgers. It worked great. We even used it for coleslaw. I am so glad that we made this purchase. Small footprint on the table and we were able to have everything that was needed. We used two servers.
It is slightly smaller that indicated in the pictures, but when I reviewed the text, the dimensions do match what is in the text. I use them to organize my freezer and I have been happy with them.
Easy to use
This egg holder seems sturdy and the part that holds the eggs is removable for easy cleaning. I like to purchase eggs in bulk (5 dozen case) but only have so much room in my main refrigerator. This one holds 17 eggs which is perfect for me. Also, made in USA which I love.
Hold my bacon for quite a while. We buy in bulk and eat a little bit a day and it’s much better than keeping it in the package. A lot less dry.

It’s a great box; we use it for cheese right now because we use 3 types in our house. I will be purchasing another for our sandwich meat. It also helps keep the fridge more organized without so many awkward shaped cheese packets

Plastic is nice and thick, easy to wash and keeps all the bacon juices off the meat because of the drainer that is included; also the little tongs are a plus to just keep in there for the specific use!
Yes does exactly what I needed. Looks good. Lid closes with tight overlap edges. no gaskets or latches. Supposed to be dishwasher proof, but I think we'll stick with hand washing. A nice removable insert keeps meat away from bottom of box making it easier to clean. Small pair of tongs included. Sturdy but thin plastic, hinges could be a problem. This is replacing an ancient Tupperware item. If this new box lasts half as long as the old box, I'll be perfectly happy.
