How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I've used these several times now in my 1/4 impact driver. they do a very nice job as long as you can put some pressure on them as you work. something to note/ they are set up to both cut and remove only so be sure your drill is set to reverse
I saw these being reviewed and thought, hmmmm, I could use a set of those. As luck would have it the day after they arrived I was doing some work and actually needed one of these for a stripped screw. It was so easy and only took me a few extra seconds to get my job done. Awesome tool, awesome price, well worth the money.
I had been struggling to get allen key bolts out of 4 alloy wheels and once I drilled them through, these made the job simple to get them out, all 120 of them!
Brought as a gift and recipient says it was just what he was after
I was sceptical as to how well these would work, but needed to remove sheared bolts from aluminium engine block. You need to make sure the centre hole really is drilled in the centre of the stud, and give the remover a bit of a tap with a hammer to get initial purchase, but then they did the trick. Bolts removed with no thread damage! Brilliant.

I would not hesitate to recommend this tool to anyone that has relatively light to moderate work load for it. I'm not sure I'd say it is "professional" or "mechanic" quailty, though. Of course it is also 1/2 or less than the units that are professional/mechanic quality. That makes this unit a good buy and a good value.
Overall, I am pleased with the size/shape of the individual tools in the kit. Each item appears to be made of good quality material. The cuts, lands, and working portions of the tool(s) are well defined, clean, and seem to increase the effectiveness of the tools.
Chances are that you are going to strip a nut, bolt, or screw at some point in your DIY days. I've done it a lot, with my recent being the breaking off of a bolt in the block of a car engine. This toolset will help remedy that problem, and it is a great value too.

These have worked excellent for me as an extractor for soft metal and plastics. As most other bits do, they struggle against hardened steel. If you have to extract a broken bleeder screw in a cooling system, they will pay for themselves the first time you use them.
Used several times now and worked like a charm everytime. Durability seems really good too.
Bought these after reading craftsman's easy outs break. So I spent the extra money and got this set from Irwin. I had a stripped out head on an Allen head bolt, so I soaked it for a week in PB blaster, heated it with a propane torch drilled into it with the supplied reverse drill bit, hammered in the easy out and with pretty heavy torque the bolt finally broke free. This may be a small victory to some but it just paid for itself in my opinion. These drill bits and easy outs are tough as nails and didn't break under heavy pressure. I would definitely recommend.

Useful for what I needed
These simple extractors can save a disaster. They can often remove sheared-off screws and bolts from tapped holes, mainly from motorbikes, cars and trucks.
Turned up on time and look as described. Not had a chance to use them yet.
Difficulties in using the "drilling" side of the tip. This little problem is very easily solved with a classic wick. The unscrewing is then carried out perfectly

The extractor worked like magic, removing the bolt tip in a few seconds -- without any damage to the fitting. Great Product!
long story short: this drill bit / extractor set absolutely saved the project I had been working on for several weeks now. I had a oil drain plug bolt that had be torqued on so tight that it wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. Originally I had used a cheap china made extractor set and ended up snapping the extractor off inside the bolt I was removing, which left me with little hope. Hacksawed the entire bolt head off and began drilling into the bolt once again with this new drill bit set and got the extractor hammered inside of it. After two go-rounds of this the bolt FINALLY broke loose to my surprise.
This kit was a little more expensive than others but I wanted something that worked. I had a broken exhaust manifold bolt stuck in the engine block. I started with the smallest bit and moved up to the next. Five minutes of work and the broken bolt was out. Combined with a T-handle tap wrench which made it a breeze to lock in and remove.
This set is amazing. I rounded off the head of an external Torx bolt in my engine. This set worked exceptionally well to remove it.
The product is in excellent working order. Good communication also. I highly recommend this Seller.
