How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This product is so cool.
Make 1 heart shaped egg.
Also can be used for pancakes, toast and other similar foods. A quick wipe with warm water should get it cleaned up. And extremely quick delivery.
First time use and was pleasantly surprised. I did notice the egg yoke slip under the ring in the pan while it was cooking, so I cleaned it with a spatula but may just see how it does next time. Will update with any issues but as of now, I “heart” it!
These work just like my older ones, except not as tall. Non stick, eggs don't leak out the bottom. I use them for poached eggs. Wash easily by hand.
I bought these to make heart-shaped eggs for my two grandkids. I grease the inside surface, then put it in the pan while it heats. If the egg ring isn't hot when you pour the eggs in, they'll just run out under the edges. So far, so good! My 4-year-old granddaughter loves her heart-shaped eggs!
I really wanted to try out some shaped pancakes to hopefully motivate myself to cook my own food more often. These did the trick. Okay, so if you're kind of fast when putting in the mix, you might get some overspill. But I never had any leakage from underneath (I make my pancakes on the thicker side). The key to easy clean up is to spray it all around with a non-stick cooking spray between each application. Perfect shape comes out at the end. I will probably buy other shapes too because these worked so well.

Made these beautiful pancakes for a Bridal Shower Brunch. Turned out great. i read many reviews before purchasing this. Many had posted negative reviews because of difficulty in using. I did not spray the forms, but cleaned it off between each use by running it under water. It is just a form so each pancake is the same size. I made 140 pancakes. If I were to make this again, I would add a little more whip cream. The ones with more whip cream went first. I would definitely use this again.

These are awesome! I preheated the skillet, put the egg rings in toward the end of the pre-heating (couple of minutes or so) and then melted a small pat of butter in each ring (no oil/spray on the rings or the pan other than that).
I am very pleased with this simple product.

I use this almost every morning to make an egg sandwich for the ride to work and they work great. I was hesitant to buy at first after reading some negative reviews but I am glad that I went ahead with the purchase.
I use these under my work laptop so it gets air and stays cool. The metal makes a great heat sink. I’m very pleased.

Remember those awesome Australian Toaster Biscuits that Thomas' used to make??? These gorgeous little rings are Perfect for building batches of toaster biscuits [once you've located a decent recipe!] I love how the rings are just the right weight to hold any batter or egg fully inside til cooked, yet slip off Soooo easily! I went a little crazy & ordered 4 sets of these but I know for a fact that they'll survive lots of use in this house!!
I've had nothing but success with these egg rings. They are as advertised. I've made eggs in them and crumpets. Not much seeping out at all. Work great. Recommend.
They work well for making homemade breakfast sandwiches.
