Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Took a few attempts to figure it out, but after I cut down the filling, worked quickly and uniformly. A little difficult to clean(soaked in water/soap). Will see how it holds up.

If you can't get this to work for you, you are not using it correctly. My husband loves stuffed grape leaves and I can knock out 100 in an hour. Could never do that many that quickly by hand. I could see where maybe you don't like the size ( it does produce a fairly uniform size) if you're used to rolling them longer, etc. But to say it doesn't work? Works like a charm. I've used it several times now and my grape leaves are perfect. I plan to purchase another one.
I bought this when it came packaged with a jar of grape leaves. I was highly skeptical. Finally uses it and was very impressed. I have no idea what people are complaing about.
You simply put the grape leaf over the device as pictures, I push it down a bit into the hole, put the filling in being careful not to overfill, then fold the ends up , the sides in, and push. Out pops a nicely rolled grape leaf at the other end!. Couldn't be easier. Saves the fingers - someone with arthritis would find this a God send.
