How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Exactly what I ordered and needed
Product works as designed, its awesome that it has two modes that are easy to access.
Works great and still have the second one as a backup that hasn’t been needed. Recommend.
This product is worth the money. It has worked really well for us with our low water pressure. Really recommend it.
With this, you just pull and the water stream becomes spray. It circles around so I could get the walls of the sink to clean them off. I loved using this instead of the sprayer/hose thing on top of the sink.
This is PERFECT, especially for an RV sink that has limited motion. It pressurizes the water and it has great range of motion. We have had one on our sink for almost a year and havent even had to replace any part of it with the second one yet. Highly recommend

Other than feeling like abit of an idiot, this was a good purchase. The faucet wouldn't screw on my sink, there were 2 "female" ends. I ended up at Lowe's trying to figure out what attachment I needed, and had the faucet with me. One of the workers there showed me that I just needed to unscrew the black part, and voila! the "male" end was exposed. Went home, screwed it on and it works just great till I can afford to have someone come install a sprayer attachement to our sink!
I love these attachments the water comes out more stronger and you can move it all around to clean the sink.

I ordered this because the faucet in my apartment is at a weird angle, which was making a mess every time I used it. This was easy to install and fixed the problem perfectly. It also gives me better control over the direction of the spray, and it's significantly less messy. I would definitely buy this again.

I have one small sink that I have a dryer rack in. This allows me to angle rhe water right were I want it to go. Just screw the old sprout off and screw this on. It has a filter made on it. There are two in the package. I havent had any problems with it. My water pressure seems to be stronger, which is good for me. Recommend
I live this little gadget. It changed my simple sink faucet into one that swivels and has a great range of motion to clean every corner of the sink. Cheap and easy to install as well.
For the price and the fact that you get two, this is an awesome deal. This item worked out great for me. I like that it has it has shower head and it rotates, makes washing dishes or rinsing dishes a breeze. Perfect find.

Bought for our camper--makes it so much easier to rinse things off! Good water flow, and it's nice that you can flow OR spray! A bit challenging to figure out how to spray, but you just pull very firmly down. Not fancy looking and made of plastic, but since 2 come in the pack, if the 1st one breaks, there's the 2nd one! Great for the price. I'm happy.

New apartment and weak water pressure... not enough to even make dish soap bubbles! I knew I needed something that would help and this did the trick, truly. So easy to put on and it comes with an attachment in case you have an inside or outside threaded faucet. Love this product, really. Now on those occasions when I need a sinkful to do some odds and ends I don't like to put in the dishwasher
These screwed on perfectly and work great. It's pretty easy to transition it from the spray to regular flow. The fact it swivels is a plus too!. I like. I am satisfied

My kitchen sink faucet has low water pressure. This made a huge difference. And, you have the sprayer option which I use all the time. Not to mention it has a much needed filter. excellent quality. very happy
It does not fit all sink types. My faucet is 15 years old and it didn't fit. I had to go to the hardware store and buy an adapter to make it fit. But once it was on there I am happy with it.
These have great swivel and do the job.
