How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Love this lamp right out of the box. I am giving to my 4 year old for Christmas so we haven’t yet used this lamp full time. But I will update review if there are any issues. I did pull it out of the box and set it up to make sure it works. So far so good!! It was nice because it came charged so I was able to test it out right out of the box. Remote also came with batteries and it worked as well. We got the galaxy lamp and the colors and design are just amazing. They are bright enough and have amazing clarity. He is going to love sleeping with this thing at night! If it is of good quality in a couple of months or so, I may order another for my room!!
It's so beautiful, nice and bright when you want it to be, and not too much when you want to sleep. I only just received it today, so I can't speak to how long the battery lasts, but I'm sure it's as described, since everything else was exactly as the seller described. This would be great in a child's room, or a perfect gift for ANYONE!
This is so much better than I expected it to be when I bought it. When it comes out of the box, it's not particiularly attractive, nor are the colors. But that's because it's not lit up. But as soon as you plug it in, that all changes. The array of colors and tones is extensive and quite beautiful -- much prettier than any of the photos in the listings or in the reviews. We set it to change colors very gradually, but there are a number of other settings that can be used. My nephew loves it. He's using an adapter for the USB plug so he can charge it from a wall outlet. I think that calling it a "lamp" can be a little misleading. It's not the kind of lamp that you can pick up a book and read by. But it's a great room decoration for a child and also a good night light.
I ran across this item one night. And I absolutely had to have it. It gives a wonderful glow. It's the perfect night light as well as to add that wonderful Posey feelings. The colors are amazing and I love that you can choose from Bright to very dim. I will definitely buy more in the future for friends and family members.

Okay let’s start this review off with the fact that the remote ACTUALLY came with batteries. So anyways, I bought this for myself but I wanted to get them as a gift for my nieces and nephews but I wanted to buy it for myself first. To test it. So it arrived swiftly and very well packed. The orb has some great textures and I really really enjoy the different colors. They are great and the remote is like the best thing possible. You can charge the lamp first, then unplug it and use it. Or just keep it plugged in. The lifespan of the battery isn’t too bad! I keep mine plugged in now kind of as a nightlight. I usually don’t go on this long but this things super awesome and I’m really really happy I bought it. Going to purchase a few more for the nieces and nephews for Christmas!
I bought this to fill a space in my bathroom and turns out it is a wonderful night light. I have this on a pedistal type perch in the corner of my bathtub (we don't use) and it omits a beautiful night glow for navigating those bathroom evening trips without needing to turn on any bright lights. Fun colors and great night light!
For several years, I wanted to have a lamp of these. I asked my ex give it to me as a birthday present, and he did not want to, so I had no choice but to lower the moon by my own means haha And here I am very happy with my moon, every night I use it. The best part is that the battery really lasts a lot, I have recharged it only once for 3 hours and it has lasted more than 8 hours. It should be clarified that the more brightness it has, the faster the battery runs out. It comes with a remote control to change colors and adjust brightness.
I like the moon lamp very much. It has 16 colors and is very colorful. It is very romantic to put it in the room.

This lamp is beautiful, and a lot of fun for kids and adults! It does not look exactly like the main photo at the top of this listing but to me it’s more realistic and pretty the way it really looks. It looks like the review photos listed some colors are better in person the photos do not do justice. You will not be disappointed.
I bought this for my three year old. He loves the moon and he absolutely loves picking out what color he wants each night. There’s quite a few color options and the remote is really nice to have. It can run off battery or you can leave it plugged in and it’ll still run when plugged in. It was a good price and we love it.
This was a gift for an eight year old boy. I charged it in advance to be ready to show when he opened the box. All went well and he was delighted with his very own lovely and unexpected moon. The remote works great and you can change the brightness with either the remote or by touch. He really liked it.
Of all our purchases, this one deserves to be rated higher than 5 stars. The light is used nightly for our daughter. There are lots of color choices, all of them soothing and calming. It looks great on her nightstand, seems to be well made of quality materials. The remote isn't really needed for us, but my 6-year-old likes to keep it on her nightstand and choose her color for each night. It turns itself off based on some timer in the settings that we haven't messed with because it works fine for us the way it came. If you're on the fence about this light - get it. I don't think you'll regret it.
When I opened my package I thought it could've had better protection because it was moving around inside the box. I charged my moon then I turned on the moon with the controller that came with it. Everything worked but then I noticed the flashing mode was the same as the The flashing mode was the same as the smooth mode and idk what happened but it just randomly worked. It might've just been a small glitch but everything works now. It a good product besides that. Very beautiful. Good to take pictures with. I love it and will buy more!
We bought this for my son so that he can use it as a nightlight. He plugs it in to charge during his two hours of "chill time" and we love that it is fully charged and by the time he wakes up in the morning it is off. That being said it is entirely off. No charge at all. So if you want to use it during the day you have to charge it some more. We love that we can carry it around with us, but the sensor on the bottom to change the colors is sensitive to touch. This thing is super durable as well. No worries about accidentally dropping it and it breaking. While we haven't done so, I am not concerned if this falls off his tall dresser, or the cat randomly decides it is a toy.
My toddler loves it. He's dropped it and tossed it and it's not broken, so I would consider it sturdy enough for mild play. The remote works, it dims and brightens, it's plenty bright enough to see the colours even with the lights on and not so bright in the dark that it blinds you. Remote works great. It came with a charger USB cable not not the wall adapter. The stand it comes with is 3 pieces with peg inserts to connect, it's not a snug fit so if you mess with it or pick it up it falls back into 3 pieces.
My children love this beautiful night light!! The remote works great. We leave it plugged in but battery life worked well too
I got the color changing one and it's a fun night light. I like gadgets like this, and it's not as exciting as a rotating kaleidoscope light bulb or an infinity light bulb and things like that, but for a night light it's really pleasing. It's bright enough in the bathroom that I don't have to turn the lights on. I wish it had an accurate Moon map printed on it, but you can't have everything. It can be an exoplanet's moon.
This was a great gift for my niece. She loved it. When I opened it and tried it out before giving it to her, I was very impressed by it. I had a hard time not keeping it for myself lol. Great price for a very cool gift. I will be purchasing more I have a feeling...probably one for myself lol.

This is such an awesome, beautiful lamp! I love how there are so many different lighting settings as well as, color choices and brightness levels. This was an awesome addition to my bedroom. The battery life is about four hours and it's just enough for me to fall asleep.
This was a gift for a 4-year-old grandchild's birthday, who absolutely loves it. Lots of colors and easy to manipulate with the remote. It also came in handy during a power outage! The item was sent in a timely manner and was well packaged. Very satisfied.
Excellent. Plenty of similar products but was sold with the 6.5 feet drop test that goes in the Segoal. Ended up buying a second Galaxy Lamp and the chord is a USB A to DC 2.5 mm x 0.7mm 5 Volt DC for those wanting to get a replacement. Remote comes with batteries installed. Fade feature is impressive. This is a really cool night light. It can be bright or on the dimmer side but perfect for a child's room. The globe itself is small like cantaloupe and very light. The base is easily set up and it's ready to go. The remote is easy to use and has lots of colors.
All I can say is wow it's so life like and well built. My kid stopped using the lamp to sleep at night and now uses this night light which he loves. I myself dropped lamp a few times and appears to sustain no damage. Thank you I feel safer at night this being on
I wasn’t sure how much I would like this light, but it’s great! It’s sturdier than I expected. Plugs right into the wall. The remote is very convenient. I love the ability to change the colors and brightness. It has so much versatility.
Just beautiful! I generally prefer the white, as it allows all the colors to display well. I did find that if it’s not dimmed, it exhausts the charge in under 4 hours. By dimming just a notch or two, I can get 1-2 additional hours from a fully charged unit. recommend
Very cool. Definitely happy with the purchase. The color options are great. I like the slow fading into other colors. It has a 'bald' spot at the bottom where the connection is where the speckle pattern isn't there. Not really a problem because you just tilt it, but just FYI.
The best thing I bought off an not seeing it in person. I highly recommend this. It's a night light for my 8 year old daughter
Now this is an absolutely wonderful and unique item. It's very large and the colors are fast and many. It says it's a kids night light oh, but I bought it for my 17 year old son and he loves it just as much! Even I would love to have it in my bedroom! A beautiful well made item! Absolutely recommend!
My son loves this thing. He is nine. He changes the color every Sunday he tells me lol. And it has tons of colors it can change to. We use it as a night light. He still likes it even after a few months now.

My daughter wanted a night light and she loves outer space so what better item to buy? Okay, this thing is just freaking cool. The colors are amazing, especially in the dark. I got this for my 5yr old to help keep her in her bed at night, and my god it flippin worked!!! Its a miracle worker. It comes with a little remote to change the settings and colors, it does not overheat at all. I finally have my sanity back thanks to this little ball of joy. Heck I may even get my self one.
