How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The colors were great.i like how they double stuff it for you. If you would like a fuller garland I would buy two packs of the kit.

Worked nice for what it was intended for
When I ordered this I had my doubts of the quality of the product, but I was totally amazed with the product when it arrived. This balloon arch was just as described and better!! Product was delivered two days before originally estimated. When I am in need of another one I will defiantly look for this seller.
Purchased for our Daughters wedding shower. Created a very nice area for photo opportunities. Plan on plenty of time to inflate balloons and assemble...it takes a little time to get it done. Comes with everything you need, including a small hand pump to inflate the balloons. Also includes a handy tool to help tie them too
This seemed intimidating at first but once I got started it went fairly fast! Definitely need to buy an electric balloon pump! The cost of these balloons plus the pump is still a fraction of the cost you would pay to have it done by a company! Buy command strips hanging hooks. Have fishing string to help hold up the balloons. Watch a YouTube video on how to assemble! Easy!!

They were fab! Bought for my daughters sweetheart dance and they came out great. Everyone commented how professional they looked. Started with big ones in the middle and tampered down to small. Bought a balloon inflator from Target…. Def do that! Highly recommend.
I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Not the easiest thing to make, but does get easier the more you practice. The colors are nice and while I'm sure a professional would do a better job, it definitely beats spending over $100 to get one made for you.
Great product. I used two packages to get these these results. Balloons are doubled to create the color. A plug in balloon inflator does not work on these double balloons. An air compressor was the only way we could blow them up. I’m happy with my purchase.
This set was perfect for the balloon arch we wanted to do for a baby shower. The colors were exactly what we wanted. The blush pink balloons are even more blush pink than I thought they would be from the posted pictures, and I loved that. Definitely recommend this set.
We just used this as a strip of balloons because my shower venue didn’t really have a place to do an arch. It has gorgeous colors and simple. If you want flowers, fuller look or extra pizazz be sure to buy additional decorations. Hand pump and balloon tier is a must. We set this up the day before the shower and all the balloons stayed inflated
LOOOVE these!! My daughter wanted a balloon arch for her birthday photo shoot. I purchased these and OMG, the colors were aaaah mazing!!!....Not too pink and not too brassy, matched her them perfectly!! I used my electric balloon machine to blow them up. They we're easy to inflate and took no time at all! Very sturdy and long lasting! The 1st photo was her photo shoot on April 3rd, and second photo, was the birthday brunch on May 3rd- SAME balloons with a few extra added! Everyone loved them as well! Oh, and it come PLENTY of balloons!!
Love the way this turned out. High quality balloons. Easy to assemble. None popped while blowing them Up. Used electric air pump mostly. Assembled them the night before and they stayed up. Some small ones did deflate but not all. We just put up more to cover the deflated ones and it came out beautiful.

These balloons are good quality, the double stuffed ones are practically impossible to blow up without an electric balloon pump, they’re so thick. Only 2 balloons popped. Loved the colors too. I was expecting this to take a couple of days to create, but it only took about 3 hours to blow up all balloons with the electric pump and arrange them as pictured. Worth it.
The colors are gorgeous! The balloons that are double stuffed I could not get them blown up at all I had to unassembled them and blow them up as singles which does give a change in the color, but even with that the bloom colors are wonderful and you can kind of figure out things on how you want to display them and set them up.

I used an electric balloon blower and it was very easy. Tying the double lined balloons was a little bit hard but overall very easy to do and extremely pleased with the final product!
The colors are exactly as pictured! I purchased 2 bags to get this look. The only thing is that the small balloons only came in the rose gold color and no other color. We just ended up inflating them to a smaller size. I got a whole lot of compliments! The color is so feminine and just made my event look so sophisticated!

I used this for my sisters baby shower this Sunday. They held up the whole party not one ballon popped. I had purchased one for esty for $100 for her gender reveal. To be honest I actually liked this quality better was way less of the price! I 100 percent recommend this ballon set and I will be purchasing again in the near future!
This was my first time making an arch and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The balloons were very sturdy, only a couple of them popping while hanging on wall. I honestly cannot believe I paid hundreds of dollars to get these done before. I highly recommend.

I bought these balloons for a bridal shower. We blew them up the afternoon before the shower the next morning in hopes they would fill for the shower. Not only were they still perfect for the shower but a week later they were still 1/2 to 2/3 full of air. We had enough to do balloons over they food table and over the bride with balloons left over.
These were the best balloons I have ever purchased from Amazon!!! Double stuffed, sturdy, and gorgeous. Made the arch days in advanced and it stayed up no problem. I didn’t count the exact number (some other reviews said it was less than stated on the listing). I ended up using them in a few arches and added other colors. If you are hesitant on purchasing, don’t!!! I will be purchasing again in the future.
