How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Wow this luggage scale is great quality, works well, love the extra feature of the measuring tape although I probably will never use it--you never know though. So far it is working out well. The stainless steel is shiny and there is a light if you are weighing your luggage in low light. It is also lightweight and a good size.

This is easy to use. It also has a zero function so you can do things like hang a bucket from it and zero it out and only get the weight of what’s in the bucket. Easy to read display and the measuring tape is a great addition.
With airlines getting more fussy about luggage weight I got tired of shuffling clothes around at the check in counter This takes the guesswork out of travel Love it
This scale is highly accurate, I marked the weight of each bag on a piece of tape and it matched perfectly with the check in weight. I put it in my purse for the trip home. Highly recommended.
This little scale is perfect when packing for a long trip. I had 3 checked bags a carry on and a backpack. The scale made it so easy to determine if I was overweight. The old way I had to weigh myself and the luggage on a floor scale and it was awful.
I wanted to hang some heavy pictures on my wall but had no idea how much they weighed. This scale did the job without any issues. It is light weight and comes with batteries. I weighed my two pictures by hooking the device to the hanging apparatus on the back of the picture. Now I can purchase the item I need now that I know the weight. Can be used for other purposes as well.
Seemingly accurate near 20lbs to within 1/5th of a pound based on my testing against other scales. I tested the accuracy with a tare, for an absolute comparison rather than a floor value comparison, giving, at least, me more faith in the results. I would still make sure you're around at least 10% below your baggage weight limit for a safety buffer. The airport scales are the one's charging fees, not this scale.
After a much too cheap scale, now bought this one. I am very pleased. Measured values are the same and accurate even after repeated weighing. Top!
My husband and sons go fishing at least twice a week. They love to know what size fish they are catching. This fish scale is perfect for just that. The digital read display with a backlight makes it extremely easy to use and read. It can weigh up to 110 pounds and it is extremely durable and sturdy. The hook is easy to use. I love how small and compact it is. Awesome price and value. Definitely recommend

This was very easy to use. I cant attest to the complete accuracy tp it, because I didn't have any other weight to compare it to. But I don't think it was not off by much it at all, with just normal feel. It fit perfectly in my luggage, love how small it was.
It is accurate. The times I used it weights match those in the airport. It is a little tricky to use at first, but easy once you figure it out. I really like that it uses AAA batteries since they are very easy to replace. Light weigth and portable, easy to have it in the carry on.
This is my second one. I travel overseas alot and this is very useful to have.
