Unlike a lot of the other electric brushes this one allows you to apply pressure without it stopping. I love that it is rechargeable and can be detached from the holder. Definitely worth the price. I might order another one as a gift for someone!
I remove the handle when I'm washing my arms, chest and abdomen because it's easier for me to handle that way. That is a feature that I really like!

I have severe COPD and autoimmune arthritis and get tired with minimal exertion. Most people would be surprised at how much energy taking a shower uses. It runs at a high enough speed that it doesn't bog when you put pressure against your skin. I find the soft brush to be the best for me but I have used the exfoliating brush on my feet and it works great. I do have some struggles with washing my back although I can reach a lot more area than I could before due to arthritis in my shoulders.
I have used facial and a body brush for years. The old body brush finally quit so I bought this one. I was looking forward to the optional handle which allows u to use it on your back. But there were other things to be happy about--it has more power than the one I had previously and 2 speeds. The soft brush has thick soft bristles and I often use it on my face instead of my facial brush because it feels SO good. The exfoliating brush is a serious brush, too. Not wimpy. So, they had to ask "easy to use" and "ergonomic". It's not as easy to use as my previous one, but that's OK, I'll get used to it, since it's 10 times better in every other way. My hands have arthritis, so that's mostly the reason why I have a little trouble getting brushes off and on. So--improvements over my old body brush: lots more power, much better brushes, attachable handle. I love it and just hope it doesn't fall apart in a week. If it does, I'll update my review. UPDATE: I still love this. It hasn't broken.
Someone posted a video of two popular models side by side. The Beurer model was superior in strength and torque so I purchased it based on that reason alone. Once in my hand I found everything about it useful and enjoyable. Unlike other reviews, I have never dropped the unit while using it. I can see how some people might. I hook my finger in the hole in the handle. The product is strong, well built, easy to use with or without the handle. My skin feels so different after using this. I’m impressed with the quality and price compared to similar cleaners in this range.
In the bathroom was very nice for my back.
Just used it for the first time with the exfoliating brush. Works just as described. Brush keeps rotating and with enough force even with pressure. Very happy with it and I’ll buy another for my daughter’s birthday gift :)
I bought this when I had shoulder surgery and knew I was going to have difficulty reaching everything in the shower. "Facial" is kind of a misnomer because the handle alone indicates it may be used as a body brush. The charge lasts a really long time and it's easy to rinse off in the shower and change out the brushes. My 5 yo grandson was visiting and lamenting a lack of toys in the tub so gave him this brush and told him to wash his back. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be used in the bath, but I couldn't find anything that said "Do not immerse". He loved it so much I bought him one and now he scrubs himself clean every day in the bath or shower. His mom says it has really helped his eczema. I bought another one for a friend who had surgery and couldn't bend to wash her legs and feet. All in all, a very well made and useful item!
No batteries needed! it’s rechargeable and you can remove the scrubbing head to allow it to charge while lying flat ( meanwhile, the scrubbing head brush attachment can dry separately). Overall great product and I foresee it lasting a long time.
I like that it offers different speed options because some days you may prefer a gentle scrub or perhaps some areas of your skin may be more sensitive.
Removable handle is a nice option and the design of the scrubbing head allows it to fit easily in the hand so you can grip it comfortably. I like to use it along with a body scrub to exfoliate because I feel it works better than using my hands alone.

Great product. You can tell just by holding it that it’s made with quality parts and is built to last. I’ve had other brushes similar to this. They aren’t even in the same conversation when it comes to this well built scrubber. Only thing I wish was different is that I would have liked for it to come with more than 2 brushes. But if I sacrificed a couple extra brush heads for an extremely well made brush and motor than I’ll take that trade anyway. But I can’t say I’m too surprised. I saw that it’s German design and engineered. Need I say more.

Bought for my mom, and she loves it. No O rings to be faulty and leak like the last one, USB charger makes it so much easier than trying to pull it apart to change AA batteries like other ones, she can reach her back, it is easy to put together/ take apart, and just makes her life so much easier.
I like how soft it is, you can even try to use it on your face. It has two speeds and two brushes.
I bought another scrubber that stopped immediately when you put the scubber head against your skin. I looked at this and liked the fact that it was a regular electrical recharge rather than USB. That was the only reason I bought it actually but it turns out it is a fantastic scrubber, with two speeds, wonderful heads that are easy to change. It is truly sturdy and well-made. Wide handle for good gripping and a large hole at the end of the handle to hang up. I charged it yesterday (August 8, after getting it on June 28th). I didn't need to charge it but I was getting worried that the charge was lasting so long but was happily surprised to discover that it probably didn't need charging. That was an unanticipated plus. We live in Lyme disease country and I got it to scrub all over my body after being in the woods (behind the ears, toes, behind the knees. But it's so much more than that I now discover. No matter what the price, a very good product.
I had been searching for an electric exfoliating brush for a month and I'm so glad I found this one. I've been using it for about a week. The daily brush is so soft and does not irritate my very sensitive skin. You can feel the difference when using the exfoliating brush. My skin is notably softer. The only thing I would change about the brush would be a non slip grip but I hold the brush mid way on the handle and I have more control and works great. You can purchase brush heads on the beurer website which is also a plus.

The speed of the brush last longs & leaves the skin refreshed for serum ! I had returned another electric brush to replace it with this one which I don’t regret at all. The handle of the brush makes it easier to polish my thigh & calf without having to bed down the whole time :) I will definitely share this with others since it gets the job done !

It's far better than every other shower brush I've seen so far. I would love for there to be other attachment options instead of just soft and medium brush. But as far as the brush motor goes, it's definitely the best available at the moment.

You must read the directions before you use this product. It’s easy to use and very easy to assemble and it works like a dream. I’ve had bad luck twice with something like this in the past and it’s a pleasure to have this now in my possession highly highly recommend
