Unsure if something like this would actually help with my slumping posture and back pain. Looked at braces from the cheapest to the most expensive. This was reasonably priced and does really work. Immediate results for me. Standing straighter, taller, shoulders back. Even training my body to maintain the posture when not wearing it. Any slight rubbing of the front of the underarm (from the inherent design) is completely negated when worn over a regular t-shirt. Also, the brace cannot be seen when I wear it in public with a button-up shirt. I've recommended it to my brother.
The quality seems good. It's as comfortable as I could have expected for a back brace - it's definitely putting my back and shoulders in the correct position. It is both providing relief from the old pain, while adding a slight discomfort due to correcting my posture, at the same time. I assume the new discomfort will go away as my muscles adjust to their correct alignment. There weren't any instructions in the package, I needed to come online to figure out how to put in on!
I don't usually write reviews, but this one is very much warranted. I have tried many supports, with no success. I find most uncomfortable, poorly made or they don't fit at all! I have finally found a great support. Well made, fits great and fits comfortably while providing the support that I need! I can't say enough about the relief I'm finally able to get! So happy I found it! Would buy again in an instant!

I aught this for my fiancee who had C-spine surgery 5 years ago with some complications afterwards. He developed a kyphosis mostly due to muscular issues. This brace is helping him sooooo much. He loves it. He is so happy that I got it for him. He wears it every day and tells me that it gives him so much relieve from his pain. So I have to say its a great product and I am happy I bought it.

This is a great posture brace. It does pull my shoulders back and straightens my spine. It's easy to put on and yes it hurts. If you have bad posture like me it's forcing your body into the correct position when it has been in the wrong position for years. Of course it's going to hurt. Of course it's going to be stiff. How would it work if it wasn't? Once your body is corrected into the correct position it won't hurt anymore. I had a brace on my wrist years ago that forced my hand to turn downward. Hurt all the time until my hand was able to turn again. Worked really well. I'm sure this will too. Seems like it's doing what it's supposed to do. I find it comfortable. You just cannot pull the stomach straps tight. Keep them as loose as possible because you will need to pull the shoulder straps tight around your waist. If you tighten the stomach ones then it will be too tight once you pull the shoulder ones around. I believe this was a great purchase and will help me fix my bad posture over time.
I just got this a few hours ago. I have scoliosis with a curve to the right side, I tried a different posture correction and it seems that wit was working but, the straps were really hurting under my arms but, this one is comfortable and it’s working great, the pain shifted from the right to the left and it’s really sore in the middle of my upper back where I have scoliosis. After wearing for about 3 hours, it slowly calming the pain. It could be all in my head or this is really working!!
Be sure to get the right size. I wear a 12/14 (women's) and found that the S/M fit best. Originally I had gotten the larger one but it simply did not work for me. It would slide up my back and just did not fit right. The smaller one is a lot more comfortable,does not slide up and gently my posture. I would recommend to anyone who wants to gently get their picture right. Jn
As a medium busted woman I have been struggling with back and neck pain, and posture. In recent studies with yoga practices, I have been learning how bralessness allows the upper torso strength to increase, so I purchased this to support this pursuit and so far so good. It is helping with my posture and already has decreased my neck pains and associated headaches while promoting my natural beautiful curves. Very happy with this purchase and will highly recommend for posture support.
This is easy to put on once you figure it out. It is not supposed to be comfortable and it isn't but I will say it did not hurt my underarms. I hgv ave only had a couple of days but plan to build up toleration over time. It does make you aware to pull shoulders back from the first wear.
The product is very comfortable. I hurt my shoulder and back at work and this product is helping on my way to recovery.
So far I like it. It takes time to wear it most of the time and I’ve only had it for a few days.
This is a very easy and comfortable way to correct poor posture. Because I had a problem with another product, I ordered a larger size than I should have, but I am able to use it just fine. I did not need to order the larger size, but I figured too large was better than too small. I would recommend this product.
I purchased this posture corrector to help me with Tech Neck (aka Slouching). I have thrown away all the other posture correctors that I had. I will only use this one.
Posture corrector really saved my sore back. After years of continuing on with the day to day comings and going’s in my life, posture naturally fell to the back of my mind. I hunched as I played with my children, I slouched as I folded laundry late at night, and bent down countless times to pick up toys and garbage from the floor. I was so busy taking care of all the things that seemed so important and my back silently came along for the ride. Until one day it didn’t. I woke up one morning and my entire upper back was burning, years or wear and tear began protesting. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t figure out what to do with myself. It truly lives up to its name. It’s truly Comfy. The material is soft so it doesn’t hurt me, but it’s sturdy enough to maintain straight posture. It is adjustable so it can fit practically anyone, from my petite daughter, to my grandson who’s a basketball player. It looks like it’s pretty well constructed and can withstand quite a bit of regular wear and tear.

Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief.
Definitely helped relieve some of my chronic pain. I am starting to see improvement in my posture as well. Highly recommend!
