How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I really love that this measures not only weight but also water content and skeletal muscle. It is helping me look at healthy habits in a new way. Rather than trying to lose pounds - which I have had a complex relationship with in the past - I am using this to track the muscle I’ve built and the amount of water I’m drinking. It’s day 2 and I have already noticed my skin improving from drinking a LOT more water.
Tracks everything an inbody test does and I have compared both back to back and it was impressively accurate! It also is just like myfitnesspal premium, but without the monthly plan and it is better in my opinion. It has the barcode scan too. Must have for anyone who wants to really get into shape!
It general I like this balance but the problem that I can not switch lb to kg. I use only kg measurement and it is not convenient. When I decided to buy it I learnt reviews and there were a lot information that people can set it up for KG. Can you help me to fix this issue or can I change it for that I can set kg up on it.
The app is totally watching your weight history and writing your private health data to a database! Unfortunate that you cannot use this scale without their app to monitor weight and body fat. Scale works great and the app works great with your bluetooth, but am afraid it was designed so well to collect your health data! Also, the app will tell you that your lifestyle and training plan is not effective based on its measurements to cross sell you other plans and products. Also, be prepared to be fat shamed as 18% body fat is recorded as high body fat. Since when is 18% high for a person in their 40's?!? If you don't mind your data being logged like me in some Chinese database, you'll be fine. If you don't want your data shared, then this is not the product for you!
I absolutely love this bathroom scale. My old scale broke and I needed new one. I chose this one partly because of the name. I have the kitchen scale for several years. I also love the features on this scale, I haven't used all the features yet but only had the scale a few days. My husband passed away a couple of months ago and I haven't been eating much. I decided I needed to check my weight as I can't afford to lose weight. My scales weren't giving me a good reading, kept fluctuating. So got this scale. Easy to set up and pair with my cellphone. So much information with the reading. I make sure to weigh myself at the same time every morning. I highly recommend this scale. You can set it for multiple users so the family can keep track of their individual weights. It's very accurate, and easy to read the results.

Great scale and accurate, just what I was looking for. It connects easily to your phone and the info transfers in seconds! It has multiple ways it weighs you, including your bone mass, body, fat, metabolic age, plus more. With the app, It provides guidance on how to lower or increase certain numbers with tips and suggestions. It provides you also with nutritional information, but my favorite feature is you can add your household members and not have your numbers mess up. You just need to add a family member on the app, which is pretty simple, and they can weigh themselves at anytime. The app can tell who is weighing themselves and will categorize it under the household member. If it does happen to put the measurements under the wrong family member, you can easily pick who the measurements belong to.
I’m in love with this scale. The app it connects to is genuinely so helpful instead of being super hyper focused on weight. It shows you all kinds of things other than your weight like water content, bmi, protein content etc. It also promotes healthy habits by having a health tracker section that you can use to track water, measurements, intermittent fasting, exercise, calories, meal plans etc. The app tells you all of this without you having to pay for a subscription. I could literally rave about it all day.
I like that the scale has an application to track your weight, and more people can use the same scale and track there weight and set weight loss goals and the application will track it and let know how long it will take via dates and a calendar. This scale has a ton of things it does and it high quality.
This scale and the app related to it are amazing. I've gotten much more serious about losing weight now that I can see how much visceral fat I have (yikes). It also helps you by providing meal & exercise reccomendations. Love this & will definitely reccomend it to friends.

This scale is great can’t believe all the extras you get with it as far as all the different things it tells you besides your weight or body fat % well worth the price you’ll be thankful you bought when if your into trying to get yourself into physical shape.
I have had one other digital scale that was a poor investment mainly because it quit working to soon. I went back to the old style scales that required a continues zero reset for accurate weights. I came back to the digital scales with my purchase of this Elekcity Smart Scale and all I can say is there is a tremendous improvement over what was available before and this scale has provided information that if needed I can present it to a doctor via my phone app. There is no longer a need to reset my scale each time I use it and for me as a senior citizen is a big relief not having to bend over all the time. Additionally, it looks good in our bathroom. If you are truly looking for a dependable scale this is one I can recommend you purchase.

This scale is great! Both myself and my wife have tried to fool it getting on and off and returning in 15 minutes and every time it shows us our weight perfectly! If I hold a 1/2 pound object it knows! And if I cared to share my stats with an app it has BMI and body water percentage that it will show on my smartphone.
Just got this scale today. Unboxed it and downloaded the app. This thing is amazing; especially for the price. The information it provides in awesome and it really motivates you to get in top of your fitness goals for sure. I did a video about it in social media and it drew a lot of attention and several people ended up purchasing it. Bottom line…just buy it!

this scale was very easy to set up and use. Once you connected to the app, you need a mirror we have to stand on the scale and it keeps track for you on the app so you know how much weight you gained or lost, and all your body compositions as well.
If you want to find out more about your body and also keep track on your weight, this scale is awesome. I love this scale. I connect it to my phone. It gives thorough details about you such as BMI, body fat (subcutaneous and visceral), BMR, skeletal muscle percentage, and more. You can add multiple people, for those with families on a fitness journey. The app allows you to take accountability for your health by having challenges and sending notifications to your phone with you need to check your weight or commit to your challenge.
I have a Love / hate relationship with this and all scales. Lol but this scale is the best Ive owned even though I hate the number it shows. Lol

I read soooo many reviews for different scales on here, and this one had the best reviews. Now that I’ve had this scale for a little while, I understand why. It’s very easy to read with the LED numbers. It’s awesome to have all the data upload to an app that can keep track of everything. It does my weight, BMI, visceral fast, and body fat %. You can make goals you want to hit throughout the week and track your progress. You can have multiple users on the app as well. DEFINITELY recommend.
It came undamaged and with measurement tape. It measures the correct weight and more. Earlier I made the mistake of placing the scale on carpet so it made the invalid weight. I decided to reread the instructions and realized I didn’t place the scale on a flat surface. Having me change my location to the bathroom floor. The correct weight appeared. I love this scale! And the app that also gives advice on how to lose weight in different methods.
Lightweight, easy to set up, sleek design. This is the first scale I’ve used that gives me so much more info. BMI, metabolic age, amounts of body fat and body water percentage. It’s amazing! You can set profiles for more than one person. My son can do his own weights and it won’t affect my daily trends since he has his own profile. All that for a great low price!

This is a great tool for monitoring your weight training gains or to track weight loss, fat loss or muscle loss.
Another thing I like about this scale is that the readout is easy to see and I don't have great eyesight so that is a major plus. Also, the scale is low enough that I can open and close the bathroom door without it hitting the scale. Your results may vary.
It was easy to connect with my smartphone, but I would definitely read the instructions carefully. Once it was connected it is easy to use and keep track of the results. I would make sure if you are connecting to your smartphone that you have Bluetooth turned on before you get on the scale so you can have it record your results.
It is a nice looking, easy to move around scale that does more than I need it to. It should definitely be used on a hard surface, as even our very low-pile carpeting altered the results. When you step on the scale, don't do what I did the first time and step on the edge instead of on the metal contact points or the scale will flip up on you. That is NOT the scales fault - that was me being a doofus!
Simple and easy to use digital scale with a Bluetooth capability. I have an older iPhone so it sometimes takes a while for it to sync up. Battery life is very good and haven’t changed them since purchase
