How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I walk my dog multiple times a day and love having my phone with me to listen to music, podcasts, etc. I don't always have a pocket to carry my phone (or don't want to carry it if I'm running), so this armband is the perfect way to have my phone with me when I'm exercising without it getting in the way.
My phone (iPhone 12) fits perfectly and the armband allows me to still use the phone through the clear window if I need to.
Would I like about this product is the fact that it is easy to use and there is a flap so I know my phone won’t fall out. I definitely tried it out but it was for a Christmas gift. Definitely recommend for anyone who works out has small openings on top and bottom to fit headphone wires through whether the headphone jack is in the middle or side.
This thing saved my phone from a mountain bike crash the first day I used it. Not scratches on the phone and still works fine. But I need a new one now lol
This works so well when working out. The band stays up on my arm very easily and doesn't budge. The touch screen obviously isn't as easy as it would be normally but it isn't tough to use. The face recognition works easily as well. You may have to adjust the phone a little but it works.

I just received this armband today but already can tell it is better than the other one I tried. First of all I have a iPhone 14 pro max and it fits with the slim otter box. Also, my arms are larger than some and I have had problems with other bands I have tried but this one fits well. While my phone was in the case I was able to open my phone with my facial recognition. Hopefully it will work out.

I bought this for my Z Fold to workout in and it works well. The phone fits snug enough to be secure. The touch screen works well so I can skip songs or answer calls with no pproblem. The size of the large band is a decent ego booster, too. It's almost too small for the size of my arm. I'm going to wear it on my forearm the next time I go to the gym to see if that's a better placement. It would be better for updating my fitness tracker through my workout. I guess we'll see tomorrow!

My big case fits in the sleeve, it needs to stretch a little more with use to make it easier to put in and out. Fits arm well for walking and rucking.
I have big arms, and it has been hard to find a good armband for my phone. Although I have pockets, running with a phone in my pocket is not the best feeling when you have a good stride in your step. The armband is great, and it fits my large iPhone Max, which is the largest of the iPhone family. Very happy with the product.
Exactly as described, I will be able to use this while I am using my riding mower and not worry about dropping it.
I love it. It's plain in regular light but once I get to the gym it's so pretty. I have a Note 10 plus and with case on it fits nicely.. the strap is great doesn't rub against my skin and it's comfortable to wear during my workouts. I get TONS of compliments on it.

This was just what I needed for exercising
This is my second arm band like with this simple design, but better. The Velcro strap is wide and flexible so it allows you to pull it up over your arm. easily even with big biceps. It also fits my I phone max pro with the case, my old one did not, so I had to remove the keys every time I used it. if you’re looking for a simple design, that works well, hard to beat this phone armband holder for the cost.
This works great for my runs. Fits my arm perfect and does not slip or irritate my arm. The ability to still use the touch screen is perfect as well.
The only thing I regret about buying this project is that it’s on sale now! I missed out on saving but that’s not the seller’s fault! Buy it!

Easy to use
Doing yard work and exercising while figuring out where to put my phone was, well, aggravating. First time I put this on I thought it was a little tight but I didn't want it to slip down my arm either so I just let it go. If anyone else feels the same when first using it, it's okay! It will adjust and soon you won't notice it at all. Not too tight or too loose. Washable/easy to clean and the touchscreen works great through the protective covering.

Basically indestructible, stretchy band that doesn’t slide at ALL while moving, comfy, I could rave about this product for hours. I will never buy another arm band. BUY IT! I’d pay double in a heartbeat. Fits my iPhone 11 perfect, but it wouldn’t work for a larger phone.
