How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I love it. It shows such bright colors and such cute pictures
Really enjoy the different laser shows, the only negative i have is the remote control. It doesn't like to stay shut off. Hit the power button and it shuts off then turns itself back on a couple of seconds later. This off then on may go through 5 cycles before it stays off. But if you can look past the RC issue, the light show is fantastic.

Easy to set up and operate, colors are vibrant and the display options are a good. Would recommend.
This light is high quality and bright!! Its alot nicer than the Walmart laser lights!
I am floored, at how far this laser will light. I have a 50 foot pine tree and can't get light strings to the top. So I decided to try a laser, to light it up. But I didn't want a cheap laser that just displays dots. But due to the thefts in my neighborhood, I mounted the laser on my roof, instead of on the ground. But it's set back about 30 feet from the tree and lights up to the top of the pine tree. I have it set to it's default setting, since it's on the timer with the rest of my Christmas lights. Once unplugged, it loses it's Halloween or Christmas mode. But the default setting looks just like Christmas. Not just those moving dots like the other lasers! In default mode, you will get dots, but it also cycles through star bursts, swirls and other effects. If you use Christmas mode, with it's built in timer, you will get in more advanced effects.
Overall I recommend this item without hesitation.
I recommend this. Nice solidly constructed mostly metal unit that has more functions than most of these lasers. This can be used for Christmas, Halloween and I suppose any other holiday. It is bright and sharp enough to project clearly on a 2 story 3500 sq foot home.
I have to say this was the nicest company I have ever dealt with.
We set the projector up about 50 feet from our barn and it has plenty of power to project, with nice detail, all the 10' diameter shapes. Love everything about it.

Received my product in 2 days. Great shipping services. Was concered about the quality of light with colored light features and coverage for a 2 story house. I must say I was blown away with the quality of designs and motion display. Crisp sharp colors and designs. Love It. Will put up on Halloween. Can't wait to use it for Christmas. Will update later. We have been searching a great product for our house decoration for a long time, we bought the cheap ones last year. what I can say, you got what you paid for, or even worse... This product is a little pricy, but it definitely does what it suppose to do, and more. You can not appreciate its brightness and coverage until you see it in person, it is an amazing product. Our house is fairly large, but it covers entirely. The remote control works well, can easily switch between three different themes. overall a great product, worth its price tag for sure.
Unexpected bonus was the ability to control the specific lights so really has a good variety of options to choose from. Havent put it outside yet but I'm fairly confident it will be a hit. The vendor was also super responsive to an issue I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

This is definitely the best product out there. I agree that it is a little bit pricy, but it definitely worth it. We bought this light with three themes, and another one with regular patterns. It is amazing to see how the house looks like at night when both lights are on. I am so proud of our house since we got the best lighting show in the street. It is highly recommended.

Love the look and the ability to change to Christmas patterns. I previewed the other patterns but have not used them nightly due to it is Christmas look I am going for know. You can have the patters go slow or make them more fast. Wonder projections on my building.
This is impressive beyond expectations. I figured I could light up a portion of my house for Halloween and Christmas, along with occasional party fun. But this laser is the real deal! It doesn't light my garage door, it lights up my whole (.23 acre) yard! Top shelf stuff. Can't wait for the holidays! Prepare to be mesmerized...
I bought 2 of these just over a year ago and this is the second christmas I've been using them. I've had no issues with them and they work just like the description.
Just bought this product to try out and I absolutely love it! This is such a good quality product for the house that exceeds my expectations. works great. Nice that it has a remote but no buttons on device so patterns can only be changed by remote. (if you happen to loose remote you will only have it rotating between patterns, default setting)
Love the ease of setup, the timer controls, and variety of themes. Many positive complements on our new laser light show. Set it and forget it, next evening it comes on & off at the same preset time. Easy and convenient.
Product is well built, remote works without having to run out and aim right in front of the lamp, performs exactly as advertised and is sold at a reasonable price. Will be ordering at least one more for our display.
Love being able to set up my lights in a matter of minutes. Liked it so much, I bought two, and one of them shines on the trees in my yard. In addition, I accidentally severed the cord (dang snow blower), and they sent me a replacement for just the shipping charge, even though it was totally my fault. Highly recommend.
