How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Very clear camera with an inbuilt night vision. The picture is crystal clear. I had issues connecting and troubleshooting the camera, I reached out to customer service and I got a reply immediately on how to connect the camera from Jasmine and she followed up to see if the camera was working. Very satisfied with the camera and customer service too. I highly recommend this camera.
Got this camera to keep an eye on my cat while out and I love it! The picture quality is way better than I expected, and the night vision quality is really great too.
I purchased this camera for use as a security measure pointing to my front porch and driveway through the window in my living room. It works very well and has many useful settings. The night vision is better that others that I have tried but still lacks a bit when very dark.
I only got this for date nights & long errands. It was easy to set up & it's fun to play with. I just hope it lasts. Given my knowledge I don't recommend this or any wifi based product as a home security solution. If you want the best & something that can't be disabled from outside then get a product that has battery back up that runs off it's own mobile data. You're welcome.
I bought this camera a while ago and all was working great and I loved it. The pan and tilt and night vision all are excellent. I stopped using it for a bit and when I needed it for a new puppy I could not get the camera to connect to my wifi. I emailed customer service and we went back and forth maybe 6 times each time trying different things to try. Finally after a few days we got it figured out. My firmware needed to be updated and they provided me the link and all instructions on how to do that. So happy with it!!
In my opinion, the picture and sound working great. Using my existing outside WansView camera for 3 years without a single problem is why I got this camera. It seemed getting the camera in working mode didn’t take long. I am 80 years old and not in a hurry.

This camera was recommended by a friend who wanted to keep watch on her pet when she was away. I was hesitate because of all the negative reviews but I went with it based off the recommendation and I’m glad I did. The setup was very easy on my apple phone . I haven’t used the motion sensor feature or night vision so I can’t speak of that but I like that you can save certain camera views so you don’t have to manually move the camera you can just click on the saved screenshot . I also like that I can communicate through the app. I have no issues with the camera and will get another one in the future .
I highly recommend the cameras and Cloud Storage to anyone want to keep an eye on loved ones.
I have 5 of those cameras to monitor my aging mom and keep an eye to her. Setting up the cameras was pretty easy. Cameras are great and does everything what they are supposed to do. I also enrolled to the Cloud storage of the videos. The iPhone app is also great.
Was skeptical but holy crap I love this camera. Extremely easy setup. Clear picture and sound great mic on it. Only wish you could setup multiple cameras to record 24/7. Using the cloud and it's extremely reasonable on pricing. Yes it has one cable to power camera but great for a wireless setup. Easy to use n works wonderfully
So easy to set up! Love that. We’ve never had a problem connecting up to it while we’re away. Sometimes the camera gets “stuck” and won’t turn all the way in one direction. We just turn it all the way the other direction, then back. That seems to fix that problem. Great camera for the price. Highly recommend.
I am very pleased with my purchase of the 1080P HD Wansview Wireless WiFi Camera. I am using this to watch my puppy. I bought this particular camera based on reviews when my previous camera suddenly stopped working on a weekend, and their customer support didn’t get back to me until the following week! Easy WiFi set up! Nice App that controls the camera. Excellent picture and great night vision. Definitely recommend!

It's discreet and was super easy to install. No one even notices it and I can see everything my family is doing without them even noticing it. I love the features and the ability to pan in different directions. I am definitely buying another one soon.
Camera picture is clear even night vision. Cost is perfect for having peace of mind while not home, cord is long enough, no connection or phone issue. Went to Chicago and still great quality 😁 HIGHLY suggest getting these.
For me this has been one of the best purchases I have made. Excellent image and sound quality, specially night vision, also the sound and speaker system work great! The ability to pan the camera in all different directions is a total plus! (I didn’t have this option with the first doggie camera I purchased). I have seen and tried other cameras FAR MORE EXPENSIVE and this is by far the top one !
I've really enjoyed using this camera so far. I'm trying to catch a feral cat at night and this is helping me to see what time he comes by and where. I was the recordings were longer when motion is detected, but it's fine. They're about 5 seconds long. You have to pay for storage for longer videos.
This camera is fantastic for my house. My tiny pup is usually always with me. But at times I have to leave him home for short periods of time. I love that I can not only check in on him, but can listen if he is barking and can also talk to him with the microphone!
I use this in my home for basic security reasons and so far it's been a very good investment. The motion detection feature is very helpful and accurate and the real-time streaming app is also very useful to have! I also like that you can move the camera angle from the phone app. Overall a great value!
This camera works great. It has lots of different options in the settings. You Can access and control from your computer app or phone app. Many other camera brands are not compatible with a computer. Great pan and tilt control and motion detection can be specified to a particular area of the image. 5 stars
This camera " wansview Wireless Security Camera, IP Camera 1080P HD " has been flawless so far. I have to say the motion detection is spot on , quick to notify . Putting these near all entrances is a must.
This littler camera is a good buy! The quality of the images is outstanding. I really like how you can rotate the lens to get a view of where I park my car at night. The video of the night vision is great as is the motion detection. It even picks up even the bunnies running around at night.
This camera has done everything that I am looking for. The cloud service isn't required since you can grab the captured movement off the SD Card until it's full and the oldest drops off. So far i only have on but plan on getting more.
This camera was an excellent purchase for when we got our puppy, I could go to work and keep an eye on him and talk to him if he needed to hear my voice, all through the app on my phone. AMAZING!!!

I couldn't be happier with this camera. It has a great range of motion, crisp, clean video, and amazing night vision that automatically kicks in below a certain light threshold. Once I figure out how to install power through my roof over my front door, I'll install another one there.
great value for money, night vision is acceptable, daytime picture is great. Alert for motion comes about 10 seconds after to my phone, but that could differ for you. Doesn't require a subscription, overall I'm very happy with what I got for my money.

This product works exactly as advertised. I got this to keep an eye on my cats while I’m gone and it has been perfect for that. I didn’t get the subscription since I was just looking for the motion alert to occasionally see proof that they’re okay. The night vision works great - I have a white and grey cat and both can be seen clearly with it.
This Camera is good; received in good condition, nice size, the motion capture is pretty great, and it records large enough of area.
The camera has an overall good picture quality. The night vision mode is impressive, you can see things very clearly. There is a good field of view with the camera that is able to cover a large chunk of space, especially since you are able to turn and move the direction of the camera via the app. The app is very easy to use and intuitive.
I absolutely love this camera for checking in on my puppy while I’m out at work. Would definitely buy again!
This product works great! Bought because I was gone and have a teenager that was at home one night alone and needed to be able to see what was going on. Works great!!
I have tried several cameras and most of them have stopped working after some months, this one just keeps going, I can simply reply on it. Works every time i connect to the camera through my phone when i am away. Other brands dont connect that reliably every time.
This is the second camera from the same brand we have for our home. It is good quality with high resolution, and performs really good at night too.
This camera took less than 5 minutes to set up! It was perfect to keep an eye on my dog during the day. I love that it swivels and the app was a breeze to use! Highly recommend!!
Great camera, surprised with the image quality. Got stuck on the setup process, but, the customer service is Top Notch! A+!!!
Overall it is a good product, the only down side is that sometimes it's slow when you want to move to a different direction.
At the moment very happy with the product I have carried out some small tests and at the moment very happy to use it on the bike.

Fast delivery, nice product
Camera works properly. I did charge the battery after unboxing it and waited until full charge. The camera did get slightly warm while charging. Then I recorded video for 50 minutes and at the end, the battery was at 50% capacity according to the Sports DV app. Video quality is ok and the automatic exposure works well under very bright an low light conditions. Picture/Photo quality is definitely not great, it has lots of upscaling artifacts but I haven't tested the different resolutions yet to determine which one produces the "best" image quality.
The purpose of the purchase is to install the camera on the RC yacht. The camera with a waterproof box in its size and functionality fully meets the requirements that I made for it! The box is excellent, the buttons and the lid do not let water pass. The quality of video for assigned purposes is excellent! Control the camera-two buttons or through the application on the smartphone. Even the monkey will quickly remember and learn. The child asks to play with the camera.
