How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I’m not technical/handy. Got this to open my laptop to change battery. I would have liked a little instruction booklet for what some of the tools are, but that’s on me. Great value and just about any size you would need
Like the selection of various tips and also the tools along with the tips. A good value for the price.
Used this toolkit for work on the road, and can confidently say TSA does not even flinch at it if the tweezers are removed from the kit. Aside from that, this kit is solid, has duplicates of almost every bit, and is one of the most solid kits with everything you need for the price.

I desperately needed a micro tool kit. There are soo many options out there but I’m glad I picked this one. The case that holds the tools is really nice, it comes with everything you’d need for most general repairs or take-aparts.
This set comes with everything you need. A friend came over with his $80 set and it had way less in it.
This is by far the best screwdriver set I've ever had. The bits are all great quality and sturdy, better than brand name ones I've purchased at local stores.
The best thing about this toolkit is it’s variety of screws and the holders for all of them as well as the small picture of what the head looks like and the label. It makes it impossible to confuse them out lose them! This investment will save you money in the long run if you have a a lot of electronics, some patience, and can follow a youtube video. If you have a child that’s interested in learning how to fix their things, this will be the toolkit for them. Plus, with the likelihood of the tools not breaking, it’s a good lifetime investment.
Been looking for a kit with all the micro bits i you could ever want for a while and they are always super expensive! this one is super cost effective and already saved me a HUGE hassle and cost replacing a broken device.

I got this kit to replace a $50 one my kid took to college. It has more bits and is great quality.
I have never had a problem trying to find a bit. Everything is well labeled and there are so many options!!
Product is perfect. Way cheaper price than other kits and does the job very well. All the bits are very strong as well.
So far I'm very impressed. The fabric case and zipper are sturdy and I don't expect them to succumb to the abuse of my toolbox. For the money, the amount of tips you get just really can't be beat. Only used a handful of times so far, but they seem to be pretty tough. Only time will tell.

This is an excellent bit set. The quality of the screw driver and the bits are excellent. The selection is perfect for what I needed. I'm using this set to work on smartphones. As phones get smaller and thinner so do the screw heads and bits required. This is an excellent set for all modern phones and good quality. In the case I did switch out the pry tools for better quality tools needed to pop off the ribbon plugs.
