How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is a slick little tool good for light work as on bicycles, tricycles, for example, but not limited to those. Well made and pocket sized or place it on your belt with the clip it comes with. There is a black pendulum button which locks it in place when not in use and the bits for the two driver sockets can be used as a conventional driver or a more powerful one having a right angle handle.
Smaller than I expected but seems well made. I don't think the screw driver bits will be very functional because there is almost no clearance between the tip of the bit and the tool. I expect it would be pretty easy to scratch whatever you are working on. Would be nice if it came with an extension. The bits are too small to fit a standard bit extension.
Bought as a random multi tool because i like tools lol. got a shipping job and it has become a great combination of sleek and super useful. Knife, pliers, adjustable wrench, screwdriver, mostly 1/4 inch wide or so with a clip for belts. I moslty use the knife and pliers, but its amazingly useful to have, many co-workers have asked about it, having much bigger tools that do about the same.
Awesome! Works great! Very well made and compact considering what it can do. Very handy to have. I'm getting another one just to have a spare and one for the car in case I forget this one and probably one for work and one for my Dad because he drives crap cars. I would most definitely buy again. A couple times...
Amazing how well made it is for this money. This is not a cheap imitation from China, it is a well made, well designed product. Then comes the features and functionalities it provides. Once again it it an amazing piece of ingenuity and it does surprise of the amount of functions packed in such a small envelop. I already own products of the same type form this brand and up to date the only feeling I can transmit is satisfaction.
I loved this tool. It came with a knife, a few screw drivers, an adjustable wrench all built into one tool! It helped me out with a lot of jobs and projects. The only problem I have is that it feel uncomfortable to use certain tools the correct way, but other than that, it is worth the money and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Handy little tool. I tossed it in the messenger bag I usually carry with me wherever I go, and it's come in handy a handful of times already. I like that it feels sturdy. And I like that it looks more like a tool than a knife (though it has a knife blade, of course) -- so I don't set off alarm bells in anyone's head when I whip it out.
Bought as a gift and my dad loves it but there are absolutely no instructions on how to use it and you do need instructions on how to get the screw bits out but no papers or instructions are with it. Yes I would buy again but I would insist on instructions.
Actually bought this for my curious kid who loves to tinker... great buy.
Very handy! Its not a big job tool, but no tool like this is. Its surprisingly well made and for those everyday small jobs, its perfect. Nice little pocket tool, or for the glove box or desk.
Works great for our camping trips. I always seem to need either a pair of pliers, an adjustable wrench, a screwdriver,or a knife when we set up our camper. This little tool has them all in one compact unit that clips on your pocket or belt. It even has a slide lock that keeps the pliers from opening up by themselves when being carried.
This is one of THE BEST small pocket tools I've ever seen or used! It's compact, well thought out design with the most necessary and useful tools around! It could be better if it had a hammer but then it would not be small and compact...in other words, I don't think it can get better!!
I ordered this awhile ago took a little to arrive to my area . when I was starting to ask what happens they emailed me back right away on it and ask. If I wanted a refund or to send another in case it got lost in transit. But it arrived just mad she happy cause not to many people would offer you another tool or to give you a refund back it just shows me that they stand up for there product If I decide I really use this more more I will order again.
It was I expected to get. A versatile tool for simple uses.
Great product for minor projects and unexpected repairs. When something needs just a little attention to return to that brand new feeling this multi-tool comes in very handy.
