How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I work as a casino dealer so I do a lot of bending and reaching forward. I was spending a lot of money on massages before but now I can use this as maintenance. It warms up too so it’s great for loosening up muscles.
The massager was working great for about six months then it started making a weird noise. One of the gears was jamming. I read in the reviews that there is a lifetime warrantee so I contacted Ted Cox at support@resteck.com and he got back to me same day. (Which I was honestly surprised by) He was great to communicate with and he was able to mail us a replacement within a couple of weeks. He resolved our issue quickly and easily. Highly recommend!
I don't know how I lived without this thing. I get bad knots in my neck and upper shoulders from stress, and this is the only thing that helps. If you need a deep massage in those areas, this is what you need. It also works great on my lower back pain. I've gotten compliments on the bag when I carry it to work. I've had it for 7 months now and no issues.
This massager is unbelievable. It is so good. Someone had one and recommended it and said it was great, but I was skeptical. However, it is fantastic and hits the spot. It is really nice because you can easily control whether you want a really hard massage on your back or a light massage.

If you aren't able to get a body massage on a regular basis, this is the next best thing. I only wish it had a button to select a heat setting to take advantage of heat for the entire time I use it, but some heat does accumulate the longer it is in use. Each cycle is 15 minutes, and after 30 minutes you will start to feel the heat. Other than that the only other issue may be the straps for control. It can be a little awkward when you need to change direction or want to press the button after the 15-minute cycle to continue using it, but I work with it as is because I like the product and the way I feel afterward.

I don’t normally write reviews, but figured I would for this because it truly deserves it. My husband and I own a tree service, which normally results in tired sore muscles at the end of the day. I bought this one evening and was so excited because I was able to received it overnight (I meant to buy it a few days earlier because I wanted it for a big job we had in a different town that required us to stay over night, but thanks to Amazon prime, I was able to get it by 6am the next morning) I brought it with us for the big job we had, and used it in our hotel room after our long day. The next day, my husband and I weren’t even sore! We were able to get up and go at another long day of work feeling great. I definitely recommend this item.
I highly recommend this product, it’s motor is strong, it’s very relaxing, its well made and most importantly the company stands by its quality.
I purchased this product to try out in hopes of reducing some post workout tightness I was experienced in my neck and shoulders. I used the massager most every evening for about a half hour. I found it to be both extremely effective and relaxing. The main benefit of the design is that the “sleeves” you place your hands through while using the product allow you to easily maneuver to the right spot and also control the exact pressure you want.
Definitely loosens tight muscles and provides pretty decent pain relief. Even bought it as gifts for friends!
I love the bag it comes with -great to tuck away and store. The equipment is really sturdy and works on my back like a real massage person. I think for the money spent it will save few visits to my massuse. 10 out of 10. Go buy it if you have a WFH desk job and constantly waking up with neck and back pains.
Happy with this purchase - it works much better than I expected. Over the years, I've had these personal style massage devices and they never really work well. Pleasantly surprised to say this one does work pretty nicely. I think these hand straps really help with applying appropriate pressure with little effort.

This was a gift for our daughter. She has enjoyed it very much. She works out at the gym. This help to release the tight mussels alonge with her stretching. She has used it in her car on her lunchbreaks at work. She also enjoys the travel case. She is always on the go.

We bought our first one more than a year ago, and we routinely use it at least once a day. It works superbly. We've never had an issue, and we often press very hard into it! We have bought two more - one for a gift and the other to use when I'm in the office :)
I tried this on my neck first and I was sold on it right away. It gives you a fantastic massage on your neck, shoulders, back and knees. So happy I purchased this and highly recommend it.
I like it that it ease my pain. Of course it is not as going to medical physiotherapy center buy for home use it gives me kind of relief from neck and back pain much better than taking pain killer

I regularly get occipital neuralgia which is really annoying and painful. I used this neck massager for 7-8 minutes 2 times a day and effectively removed my pain.
This product is amazing. So good in fact I immediately bought a second one as a gift. I struggle with tension in my neck and shoulders which often leads to a headache and tightness in my jaw. Within minutes of using this I could feel the knots in my neck and shoulders release. I particularly like how you can control how deep the massage is by using the arm straps. If you are considering purchasing this, go for it.

This massager works as advertised. it gives a deep back/neck massage and can be used other parts of the body. I use it on my legs after a workout and it relaxes my muscles as well as on my shoulders. If you purchase this, you won't be disappointed.
Say no more to hand massages for the neck and back bc I got this massager with heat! Huge life changer and time saver for the blue collars! Just saying (: worth every penny on my end. i purchased this due to having fibromyalgia and not being able to massage my back myself... with this i am able to place it on the problem area with heat and adjust the intensity to my needs, mild or deep tissue. this is one purchase i have not regretted and very greatful that i found this!!!

Such an effective massage!! I love this thing.
I have severe back and neck pain. I use this massage device to relieve the stiffness in my back and neck that I have after sleeping or extended periods of sitting or standing in one position. This device uses a plug for power so no need to replace batteries. The part of the device that massages has a great range of motion in two directions. The settings are easily changed by toggling between the buttons. I am impressed with the effectiveness of the device to relieve my pain.
I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these. I suffer from tension headaches due to the amount of tension in my neck and upper back. This thing works so well. Keeps be loose and relieves all of my pain. Headaches have disappeared. The quality seems great too. Hope it lasts. Highly recommend!
